His practice is focused in real estate projects, mergers and acquisitions, foreign investment, general corporate matters and commercial contracts.

Currently he is a former professor of the subject of Contracts in the Corporate Law Master at the Facultad Libre de Derecho de Monterrey, where he have taught the subject of Civil Law Seminar in the same Faculty.
